RETURN POLICY
At KYLIES, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you have the option to return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and returned in its original packaging. Please note that we require a receipt or proof of purchase to process any return.
Certain items cannot be returned. This includes perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, as well as hygienic or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted. This applies to items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts not due to our error, as well as items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email to confirm its arrival and let you know whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few business days.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If the issue persists, contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, feel free to contact us at info@kylies-fashion.com.
Please note that sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, email us at info@kylies-fashion.com and send your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, we’ll email you a gift voucher. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was given to you by someone who received it themselves first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. These shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund.
